These terms govern use of Dwij Kansagara's portfolio website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Operator

This site is operated by Dwij Kansagara, an individual portfolio operator based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. Contact: work.dwijkansagara@gmail.com.

2. Portfolio purpose

The site presents personal projects, skills, source-code links, and contact information. It is informational. It does not provide a checkout, paid subscription, professional certification, employment offer, investment advice, legal advice, or guarantee of project performance.

3. Acceptable use

You may browse the site and follow its public links. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, misuse the contact details, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

Unless identified otherwise, the portfolio's original text, layout, code-drawn illustrations, mascot, and visual presentation are owned by Dwij Kansagara and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Open-source libraries remain subject to their own licences. Project names, third-party marks, and linked repository content belong to their respective owners.

5. Fan and study projects

Any project described as a fan interface or independent study is educational and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the owner of any referenced entertainment property or trademark.

6. External links and optional downloads

Links to GitHub, Instagram, Hugging Face, or other external services are provided for convenience. Their content, availability, security, and practices are controlled by those services. The optional on-device assistant downloads model files only after the visitor selects the enable button.

7. No warranty

The site is provided on an "as available" basis. Reasonable care is taken to keep project descriptions accurate and links functional, but uninterrupted availability, completeness, or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Repository content should be reviewed before use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dwij Kansagara is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, reliance on portfolio information, use of linked repositories, or use of third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Paid work and refunds

This website does not sell goods or services or accept payment. A project inquiry does not create a contract. Any future paid work must be covered by a separate written agreement stating scope, price, payment, cancellation, and refund terms. See the Refund Policy.

10. Privacy

Use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and storage information is described in the Cookie Policy.

11. Changes, law, and contact
