Refund Policy

This portfolio currently provides information and contact options only. It does not sell goods, services, subscriptions, courses, downloads, or event tickets, and it does not accept payment.

1. No website purchases

Because no purchase can be completed through this website, there is currently no website payment to cancel, return, or refund. The site does not request card, banking, or billing information.

2. Project inquiries

Sending an email or project inquiry does not create a paid engagement. If Dwij later agrees to provide paid work, the parties must first use a separate written agreement that states the scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, cancellation rights, and any refund terms. That signed agreement will control the engagement.

3. Payment sent in error

The site provides no payment mechanism. If you believe you sent money to Dwij in error through an arrangement made outside this website, email work.dwijkansagara@gmail.com with the date, amount, payment method, and relevant agreement. Do not email full card numbers, passwords, one-time codes, or sensitive identity documents.

4. Future changes

If the site later begins selling anything, this policy and the checkout disclosures must be updated before payment is enabled. Applicable consumer rights cannot be excluded by this policy.
